My order took way longer to arrive than I expected, and the whole process felt kind of impersonal, like there wasn’t really a real person there to help or keep me updated

I’ll be honest, I mostly noticed the main details of the costume because that’s what I was excited about, and those were the parts that felt way off. The overall look just didn’t match the pictures, especially the details that stood out to me when I ordered it. Maybe some smaller parts were fine, but the things I actually cared about looked totally different.

I reached out to coscosmos.com with a couple of questions, and to be fair, they did get back to me. The replies were polite and answered what I needed, but it took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think customers deserve quicker updates instead of being left wondering. A little better communication would make a big difference

I was actually happy when I tried it on because the sizing is mostly right, but then I noticed the sleeves are a bit too long and that kind of annoyed me. It’s a little snug too, but not enough to make me hate it. Overall, I still like it.

I ended up asking coscosmos.com for a refund after my order didn’t work out, i expected it to be straightforward. Instead, it turned into way more of a hassle than I thought it should be.

I kept waiting on replies, and when they finally came through, they were slow and kind of vague. I found myself repeating the same questions more than once, which made it feel like nobody was really trying to sort things out properly.

By the time it was all done, I was still unhappy with the way it was handled. I wouldn’t order from them again because dealing with a refund really shouldn’t be this frustrating.

I ordered from coscosmos.com the item looked a lot cheaper in person than it did in the pictures. The stitching was kinda messy and the fabric felt really thin, so it just didn’t match what I thought I was getting.
After just trying it on once, I already noticed loose threads coming out. For the price, I really don’t think it’s worth it. Dissapointed overall.

My order still doesn’t seem to have been processed yet, and it feels like it’s taking a lot longer than expected. Not sure what the holdup is, but I’m hoping it gets moving soon.

I got charged pretty much right away, but I never really got any helpful updates after that. When the order finally showed up, the box was completely beat up, with crushed corners and tape half open. The item inside barely had any packing around it, like someone just tossed it in and called it good. frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from coscosmos.com again

I ordered this thinking it would be an easy swap if it didn’t work out, because I’ve been trying to get my errands done earlier in the week instead of leaving everything for Friday. But the exchange process ended up taking forever, and support wasn’t much help when I reached out. I had to keep checking in, and it just felt way more frustrating than it should’ve been...

I knew right away this wasn’t going to be great. Support took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, they still didn’t actually help with anything...

My order arrived when it was supposed to, so no complaints there?? The tracking was decent enough and kept me generally updated. Nothing major went wrong, so overall it was a smooth delivery.

I was actually happy with this costume. The stitching looks good, the seams held up fine, and the little details are nice and clean. I did notice one loose thread, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m guessing it might’ve just slipped through quality check or happened during packing. Overall, it feels well made and I’m happy with it

I ordered the custom size and sent over all my measurements, but when the outfit arrived, the fit was all over the place. It was tight in certain areas and weirdly loose in others, so I ended up having to pay someone locally to fix it. When I reached out to customer service, they just kept asking me the same questions over and over, and it really felt like they made it my problem instead of trying to help. Definitely not worth paying extra for custom sizing...

I’m really happy with the fabric! It feels soft and comfortable, and it’s not too thin, which I definitely appreciate. Overall, it has a nice quality feel to it.

I tried to use the site, but it was just frustrating. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, some pages loaded strangely, and the checkout process really confused me. After about 10 minutes of clicking around, I felt mentally drained and just gave up...

I thought the stuff was okay overall, but personally, I didn’t feel like the quality or experience really matched the price. It’s not bad, just a little too expensive for what I’d expect...

I guess I should’ve expected it might not look exactly like the photos, but I assumed it would at least feel a bit more natural. The hair started shedding quickly, and overall it has that fake, synthetic feel that makes it hard to wear confidently.

I got my order and all the accessories were included, even the tiny little pieces I was half expecting to be missing. Took me a few minutes to lay everything out and figure out what was what. But nope, ALL THERE. that was a relief.
